Daily Breathwork Practices

The Basics:

1.Gentle Reset

This practice is designed to gently calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, alleviate stress and clear your mind in just 20 minutes. It is perfect if you need to reset your state of being at anytime throughout the day.

2. One Hour Original Jungle Breathwork

This is the original breathwork session that I developed and committed to while sitting alone in a hut in the jungle of Peru with only the beat of my heart to guide me. The concept was very simple … it was designed simply to increase my breath capacity, support the posture of my spine, and to break down the cement walls encasing my heart … but i received so much more than that. This daily practice has the ability to completely transform you from the inside out.

3. 30 Minute Challenge

This practice is designed to give you the full Jungle Breathwork experience in only 30 minutes.

**Don’t be hard on yourself if you can’t quite last through the breath holds. Release when you have to without judgement. Challenge yourself while finding that perfect balance between action and surrender.

4. 10 Minute Activation

This practice is perfect for any occasion to wake up, activate your mind, and simultaneously come to a more centered state.
